The Billing section of Account Management allows you to manage your subscription and billing details.

Please note, that Billing is only accessible if you have an active subscription. If you wish to learn how to subscribe for the first time, visit this article.

Please note, that if you joined ReadPartner as a team member, the Billing section is not accessible to you, only to your team lead.

Subscription

Here you can see your subscription details:

  1. Subscription tier

  2. How many team members can be invited in total

  3. How many team members are already invited

  4. Last and Next billing dates

Manage subscription

The "Manage subscriptions" button allows you to manage your subscription. Once you click, you will see this page.

Current Subscriptions

The Current Subscriptions section of this page lists all your active subscriptions, as well as providing options to "Update subscription" and "Cancel Subscription"

Payment method

The Payment Method section lists all your saved payment methods.

You can add new payment methods by clicking "+ Add payment method" at the bottom of the list.

You can remove saved payment methods by clicking the three dots next to the payment method and selecting "Delete"

Billing information

You can change your billing information by clicking "Update information" at the bottom of this section.

Upgrade subscription

The "Upgrade subscription" button allows you to change your subscription to a different tier. There are two ways to subscribe: yearly or monthly. You can choose what suits you the best at the top of the upgrade window.

There are 4 available plans:

  • Personal: best suited for personal use

  • Team: best suited for smaller teams

  • Business: best suited for larger teams

  • Enterprise: best suited for large businesses

The features available for each plan can be found at the bottom of the cards.

With Personal, Team, and Business plans you can click "Upgrade" and directly proceed to payment.
​Enterprise plans are custom, tailored to individual business needs, and they require a meeting to be set up. Please, schedule a Demo by clicking "Request Demo".
