Social Media keyword mentions vary in detection and delivery time. Mentions from prominent accounts or with lots of initial engagement can appear in seconds. Less relevant mentions can take several minutes to appear. This also depends on the social media platform, Bluesky and YouTube mention detection usually takes no longer than a few seconds, Reddit, X (Formerly Twitter) and LinkedIn need anywhere from a few seconds to 5 minutes.

Timelines allow users to monitor posts and publications from specific News Outlets and Social Media profiles without necessarily monitoring keyword mentions.

News stories published by outlets which you are monitoring in the Timelines suite usually take no longer than 2 minutes to appear in your timeline. This depends on source and article complexity.

Publications from specific social media accounts or forums which you monitor in your Timelines suite usually take less time than but can take as much time as social media mentions delivered to your Keyword Monitoring suite.

Emails received in your Inbox Monitoring accounts will become available upon delivery to our servers and a security check. This process usually takes no longer than a minute to complete.
