Social Media Listening is a major feature of the platform that can be found in the Navigation Pane. It allows you to connect your social media accounts to ReadPartner to monitor and analyze publications.
Connecting a Social Media account
Let's start by connecting your first account.
Once you click "Connect Account", the next step is to choose what account you want to connect.
Available social media
ReadPartner currently supports Reddit and YouTube.
To begin the process, click "Connect" next to the Social Media you need. You will be redirected to the social media website, where you will need to allow ReadPartner to access your account.
When redirected to your social media, make sure the account you are connecting is the one you need. If you want to connect a different account, you first need to log into that account on the social media, then connect it to ReadPartner.
