The Keyword Alerts feature can be found in the sidebar.
Please note that the Keyword Alerts feature depends on Keyword Monitoring to be set up in order to work.
The keyword to display alerts for can be selected at the top of the page.
Alerts feed
The Keyword Alerts feature displays alerts whenever there is a significant spike in the number of mentions or an abrupt sentiment change.
Each alert includes the type of spike, where the spike has been observed, and what time the spike occurred.
Outbound alerts
You can configure the alerts to be sent to your email or Slack in the pane on the right.
Here, you can select what type of alerts you want to receive, what sources you should be alerted about, as well as where to send the alerts.
Once created, the list of your outbound alerts can be found below.
Clicking an alert in this list will allow you to view its settings, as well as delete it.
