Account and data deletion

If you wish to delete your account and usage data.

To access account and data deletion please navigate to: Settings > General > Account Deletion

Deleting a Single Account

Once you request account deletion, your account and all associated usage data will become scheduled for deletion. The deletion process will finalize automatically once your subscription expires and an additional 30 day freeze.

Deleting a Team Owner Account

In order to delete a Team Owner Account, you will first have to navigate to: Settings > Team Management > Team Overview and remove all of the team members in your organization or contact support to change Team Ownership. Account deletion will become available to you after this process has been completed.

Deleting all Data

If you wish to receive a manual check and verification from the ReadPartner team that all data associated with your organization has been deleted from our services. Please contact us via our support channels or through your account manager.
