This article describes how to manage your Media Monitoring collections using the left-hand Sidebar.
Search bar
The first element is the search bar. It allows you to filter your collections by collection name.
Please note, that this search bar does not filter based on the news topics or headlines inside the collections, only by collection name.
Overview
The overview section allows you to scroll through snapshots of all your collections, showing the latest updates for each one of them.
Saved stories
This section displays the news posts you have saved.
To save a story, open a Source Finder or a Google News Collection in the collections list, and click "Save" in the bottom-right corner of a news story.
Stories can be unsaved both right from the collection, or from the "Saved Stories" section by clicking the same button in the bottom-right corner.
Please note, that newsletters cannot be added to "Saved Stories"
Saved Collections
This section displays the collections you have saved.
There are two ways to save a collection:
In the Overview section, click the "Save Collection" icon in the top-right corner
In the Sidebar, click the three dots, and select "Save Collection"
All collection types can be saved.
Create Collection
This element of the Sidebar allows you to create new Media Monitoring collections. How to create collections is covered here.
My collections list
This element of the sidebar lists created collections. Its features are covered here.
