Media Monitoring Main Workspace

This article describes the Main Workspace for the Media Monitoring feature.

The Main Workspace also includes Filters and AI Tools, which are covered in the dedicated articles.

The header

The header shows, left to right:

  • The source. This part will also include, depending on the type of collection, the News Category, Keywords, or sender Email.

  • Time Published.

The body

The body shows a preview, which includes a title, a picture, and a text snippet.

Clicking the body of a news post will open the source where you can read the original article.

The footer

The footer contains, left to right:

  1. Author. This element shows who wrote the article.

  2. Sentiment. Sentiment shows if the article has a positive (green), neutral (yellow), or negative (red) tone overall

  3. Popularity. Popularity shows whether the trend of reporting on that topic is increasing or falling across outlets.

  4. ​Impact. Impact shows how influential the reporting by that specific source is to the public or market.

  5. Share. This allows you to share this news post through social media.

  6. Save. This allows you to add this news post to your Saved Stories.

Please note, that Newsletters collections do not have a footer, this is only applicable to Source Finder and Google News.
