Email Digests

The Email Digests feature can be found in the sidebar. It allows you to create regular news digests to be sent to your team members.

Please note that the Email Digests feature depends on either Keyword Monitoring or Custom Timelines to be set up in order to work.

Creating a new digest

To create a new digest, click " + New Digest" in the pane on the right. If you haven't used Email Digests, you will be taken to digest creation automatically.

The digest configuration window will open. Here, you can choose the sources to base the digest on: both keywords from Keyword Monitoring and timelines from Custom Timelines are available.

Then, select how many stories to include, what stories to prioritize in the digest, when it should be sent out, and who should receive it.

Active digests

All your created digests can be found in the pane on the right.

Here you can create new digests, see digest setting preview, as well as edit and delete them.
